Loan Signing Services

If you have been given loan documents and need a loan signing agent, I'm your agent! I charge $100 per loan signing, not including my travel fee. The travel fee is waived if the location of the signing is a few miles away from Downtown Austin, but I reserve the right to charge a travel fee notwithstanding.

 

I-9 Verification Services

 

If you need verification for an I-9, the fee is $20 for the verification. I will only do I-9 verifications in person.

Need an apostille or embassy legalization? Let me handle it for you! Do note that the fee is generally around $100, but please book with me for an itemized quote.

Weddings

I'm an ordinated Minister of the Universal Life Church, and I can legally marry in the State of Texas. If you potentially want me to be your officiant, feel free to book a consultation! I cannot marry couples who are confirmed in the Episcopal Church or any other church that is in communion with the Episcopal Church.
